Eleven 29’s face is Elena Biancon. Elena has been working passionately in the fashion world since 1975, proudly taking over the work she started when she was only twenty years old: exporting worldwide and collaborating with prestigious brands and high fashion houses. The head office at Piombino Dese, at over 1200 square meters, is where the creative phases of the entire production take place: the design, the prototyping, the development of the design as well as the minute quality control work. Nothing is left to chance, all is the result of careful and accurate study.

Eleven 29 deals mainly with the production of third party apparel and the production of hand finished prototypes and samples, utilising its technology in the production cycle and processing of materials such as silk, cotton, woollen fabrics and so on. The company also specialises in the manufacturing of skirts, pants, shirts, and dresses. The management of all orders is carried out within the company through strict quality control.

It all begins in the modelling office with the study of a sketch made by the fashion designer. At this stage, the creative ideas of the customer meet the mastery of the modelists — who, after having realized the sketches, complete the finishing of the prototype. First made in raw cloth and then with the chosen fabric, this process allows you to evaluate the capability of the garment and allows a more objective analysis of its features. Once the customer’s approval is obtained, the sampling development proceeds. The real production phase is through the use of machinery and through the collaboration of service with whom we have been working for several years. Once production is finished, all garments can be tested by experienced professionals who evaluate finishes and quality. A fundamental process that requires care and attention to detail in order to pack perfect products to be sent to customers.

Within our structure is the showroom, where Eleven’s archives are located. Thirty years of designs and ideas to discover and rediscover, integrate and express, decompose and combine, break down and adjust. In our archive is an evolution to closely examine, with solutions already imagined and chosen by hand. The history of lifestyle is concrete, authentic and dynamic. Young people are the future and we have decided to focus on them. We want to ensure that future generations of designers do not miss the opportunity to express their creativity while maintaining control over the development and production of their collections. With the goal of overcoming all the difficulties that an emerging stylist normally faces alone, after the commission the workshop is open to our designers. They are always welcome to supervise the production process of their collections and to meet with our team of experts.
